Ah so it is Valentine's Day in Desai once again. It is quite refreshing to see so many people having a good time and celebrating love. Though by no means does this mean that I am retracting my statement from last year, it is nice to see smiles and good feelings all around. Even if they are for the wrong reasons.

Even after centuries, I still cannot wrap my head around what has become "Valentine's Day". I am quite positive that the Valentine Martyrs are WOULD BE completely and utterly appalled at what their valiant sacrifices have morphed into! Quite honestly I find it sickening.
